These Attorney Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of attorney-focused services provided by Legal Buddy LLC dba Authority Systems(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, scheduling a call, or engaging with our attorney marketing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. PLATFORM ROLE & DISCLAIMER

Legal Buddy LLC:

• Is not law firm

• Does not provide legal advice

• Does not form attorney-client relationships

• Act solely as marketing and technology providers

All legal services are provided exclusively by independently licensed attorneys.

2. NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES

• We do not guarantee leads, cases, clients, revenue, or outcomes.

• Advertising performance varies by market, practice area, responsiveness, and external factors.

• All metrics, examples, or engagement data are informational only.

3. ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree:

• You are properly licensed and in good standing

• Your advertisements comply with all applicable state bar rules

• You are responsible for content accuracy and compliance

• You conduct your own due diligence on marketing suitability

4. EXCLUSIVITY & AVAILABILITY

• Exclusivity is offered on a region- and practice-area basis

• Availability is not guaranteed and may change

• Exclusivity does not guarantee client acquisition

5. PAYMENTS & TERMS

• Attorney marketing services are offered on a subscription basis

• Minimum commitment terms may apply (including 12-month minimums)

• All payment terms are governed by separate written agreements executed after onboarding

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, branding, software, and materials are the property of Legal Buddy LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the prior six (6) months

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in St. Louis County, Missouri, except where prohibited by law.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
